I'm a New Jersey native, and this past July was the hottest and humid on record! I strongly dislike the NJ summers!! They are uncomfortable,sticky and miserable!

I love the winters!! So, I would rather settle for record cold as long no people or animals have to die!

I pick global warming. The effect is different in various parts of the world. Some place may turn into a deep freeze while other burn in the heat. In any case the average temperature of the Earth is increasing no matter what it is in your own back yard.
